Bungalows of Champlin

I've lived here a couple years. The area's nice, but the place is kinda falling apart. There've been repeated maintenance issues the whole time I've lived here. It's gotten better with a new manager, but repairs are shoddy and incomplete. There's still a hole in my closet wall kicked in by the old manager when we had the tub leaking in there for 2 months before they finally did anything. When they changed managers they just kind of forgot about the mold and the hole and every other unresolved issue we'd been hounding them about. The power to my garage is still constantly out because something on the circuit keeps getting tripped. There are other issues I just gave up on, either fixed myself or had to re-fix myself after their shoddy replacement failed like when they put in a new ki

I have lived in the Bungalows of Champlin for almost three years. I absolutely love it. My unit is perfect and has a very unique layout. I have had to call maintenance on occasion and always met in a timely way and very pleasant to work with. I cannot say enough about my experience living here. I would give it 10 stars.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my boyfriend applied for a apartment that was available June 7th which worked perfect for us. We got accepted but never received a call from the management. We ended up calling them first to hear that it was never even available. We paid $76 to apply for a home that was never available. We complained and their response was “not everything online is up to date” which is totally understandable but they EMAILED us the availability. They are scamming people. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

The place seems really nice but I have not been able to get ahold of anyone here and I've tried for months! If anyone has any leads that would be great!

Great place to live. Convenient location, close to highway and shopping.
