Our association has been very pleased with RowCal. They are proactive, transparent, and extremely responsive to both the Board and homeowners. From financial management to vendor coordination and large-scale projects, their team keeps everything organized and moving forward. They make complex situations easier to navigate and always provide clear guidance. We appreciate their partnership and would absolutely recommend them to all Minnesota associations. Im seeing these negative reviews and they must have been paid actors because that is 100% not the case with RowCal! Keep doing great work!

I have been on an HOA Board as Treasurer for 9 months and I know that a good community manager is crucial. Tracie Kapaun at RowCal (in MN) has proven to be both responsive and knowledgeable. She has been very helpful by answering many questions as I got up to speed as a new board member and she is on top of the many tasks our HOA requires.

Our HOA switched to RowCal about 5 years ago. The 5 star rating today reflects my experience with Elliott Conwell as our Rowcal manager. He has been our representative for about the past 3 years. His response and follow through is immediate and professional. He also goes above and beyond for example he set up a table at our Night to Unite event and brought fun swag to give away. He also does a periodic drive through to check out our property. He makes me feel as though we are his only client which we know is not true.

RowCal Champlin sets the standard for HOA management. We have used many of the other management companies throughout the Twin Cities and not one has lived up to RowCals level of professionalism, responsiveness, and organization. They care about their communities and it shows in every interaction. Highly recommend! - Very pleased Board President!
