We at Sokol Vineyards have used Building Inspection Services for over 7 years, and they ALWAYS provide very quick professional services for water sampling and testing. We always get a copy of the report, and they are not intrusive - they get the water sample and provide the tests!!! Excellent service!

Needed a water quality test done for a V.A. refinance loan. Called the office and Ann was very helpful, professional and efficient. Joyce came out the next day to do our test and she was wonderful. Friendly, professional and very helpful. She explained the tests and gave us advice on maintaining water quality. They both said results will be back in about 3 days, and they were. It is a refreshing change from some experiences we have had. I would recommend them to anyone.

Building Inspection Services of Ocala were absolutely wonderful. I'm a real estate agent and needed fast service on a Well Water Test! Not only were they fast....but very affordable. I spoke to Joyce and Ann regarding my problem...and they were very professional and sent someone out the next day. I had my well water report back within a couple of days. If it hadn't been for the weekend...it would have been even sooner. I would absolutely recommend them if you want fast, quality service.
