Buford Heights Apartments

They allow a dog breed that they say aren’t allowed but told us that we could only have one dog even though we paid the fee. NEVER LIVE HERE, WORST MANAGEMENT AND ARE EVEN RUDE.

HORRIBLE DON'T LIVE HERE!!!! They don't fix anything!!! My mom asked multiple times for them to fix the toilet and the ac. It's hot kids living there they can literally over heat. They even turn off the water !!! Wish I can give 0 stars. DON'T MOVE LITERALLY RUN AWAY!! there more worry what color to paint the apartment outside while the inside is literally falling apart.

The reviews I've read about the apartment are all false; they claim that the management is excellent but it isn't; we've informed them of problems with our apartment, but they either ignore us or promise to look into them but never do; the manager is also never present in the office, so you can't even discuss the problems with the apartment because it's not there; furthermore, the manager informed us that she doesn't want to rent to us any longer because we "destroyed the place."When we initially moved in, we saw a brown area on the ceiling. You also didn't finish patching up the hole in the bathroom ceiling, which is why it's "destroyed."

Worst apartments ever!!! Apartments do not have management and my mother has not had cold air in about a month now. All the apartments have rats and nothing is done about it ! Worst place ever ! Not even worth 1 star !

Maintenance is not what it should be.
