I couldn’t be happier with Buffington Homes. The build quality is amazing and you can tell the team really cares about every detail. From the time I signed in June to when the house was finished in December, everything went really smoothly with great communication, and they really tried to make it an enjoyable process from start to finish. Grant, the field manager, was fantastic—always available, clear in his communication, and eager to help even after closing. What really impressed me was how Carl, the director of construction, reached out after I gave them a five-star review on their construction survey. 6/17/22 UPDATE- we’re 1 year and 3 months into our home and I can’t begin to tell you the awful things we have gone through with this company! Please consider your choice with Buffington. I love the area and the neighborhood honestly only thing keeping us in this LEMON of a house. We just had to buy an entire new double garage door because our failed and was not properly installed for the weight of the double door. Warranty department was combative and disrespectful and told me other companies are just going around trying to make money by telling us it wasn’t done properly which is in fact untrue. I wasn’t looking to replace a garage door after one year in our brand new home. This has been one of the worst experiences. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I was told my warranty issues were n
