My daughter who is a first time renter at 19 works her butt off and I'm glad she has a rental management company that when she has a problem it is addressed ina timely manner ,the apt clean ,quiet and for a mother it gives me peace she In a apt I don't have to worry about her ,,I recommend Budget rentals ,,,ps this is Asiah mom from E King St,,have a good evening everyone

Worst company ever! Never come to fix on time or anything ! All they want is money ! Sue them if you guys can ! RUN AWAY FROM THEM
Office staff is great maintenance team gets the job done. I’ll be renting with budget again
"J. Hartley" ( which I recommend) came in and repaired the sink leaks; bathroom and kitchen. He was very professional and very quick.🔧 🏃♂️Give that man a raise.
