Buckingham Square

I would live here again and again and again. I lived here for approximately 1 year and 4 months. Maintenance has been quick and responsive. Maintenance team Stelli and D are awesome. RM Derrick is also nice, welcoming, and gets the job done EVERY TIME! I understand from some reviews that Derrick can come off a little indifferent when you don't know him/talk to him often, but a cordial "hi Derrick!" will get him warm up :) He will help you out with your needs, as long as they are reasonable, rational, and within his ballpark. The building itself is very sturdy as well, I lived on the first floor, barely heard any creaks from my upstairs neighbor walking around. I loved living here and I would have continued living here if it weren't for my company relocating me to a different state. Hope al

Just experienced the pool for the first time today. From shallow to deep, it goes all the way to 6 feet! The sun hits the water and the tanning chairs perfectly. Such a nice area to come relax on a warm sunny day! Located in the middle of Buckingham Square.

The society is amicable..n the ambience is so serene n pure.i loved staying in the apartment..and special thanks to Derek who is very good manager who was instrumental in managing things n getting it done within the same day.He is listening to every query n getting it solved it quickly.

I lived here for 2+ years. Had a very good experience! Derek and others in the leasing office were always prompt in attending to any repairs at the apartment. I lived in the part far away from the play area hence didn't encounter noise issues that others have pointed out. Community isn't very vibrant and there aren't many social interactions with others. The few events that were scheduled were in the middle of the work-day. That being said, I stay here again if given a choice.

Derek at the front office is the most rude and insolent manager I have come across. I hesitate calling the front office for help or inquiries because be makes the whole incident soooo hostile. He’s the typical “I’m here for my pay check, screw customer service” type with no kindness in his demeanor. Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!
