We looked at over 20 loft apartments in the downtown Rochester area, we decided to go with Buckingham properties. The staff at Buckingham is amazing, very knowledge about the area and their properties value fair exceeding other lofts in Rochester. We moved in March 2016 and have loved every minute. We had very few times when we needed to call them, but when we did - they responded quickly. Their on-site maintenance and cleaning staff have been outstanding. One of the best decision we made, going with Buckingham Properties.

I worked with Jared Petrichick to get my office space setup and so great full I did. After my experience with looking at office space and dealing with other property management companies, my experience with Jared and Buckingham Properties has been refreshing. Jared was able to negotiate the terms of my lease (which I might add were already very reasonable) and he has been very quick, responding to questions. From the perspective of a new small business owner, I appreciate how organized and easy this process was, considering everything else I have going on. I would strongly recommend Jared or Buckingham properties to anyone looking for commercial space or a property management company that they can trust to be organized, efficient and reliable.

Honest review, personal opinions included & are based off lived experience: As a company, the experience of renting from Buckingham feels very non-personal. We have not seen our alleged property manager (Kamilah Kurtis) once in person the entire time living here. Renting for 2 years, we have no direct line of communication (text or phone # to call) with our property manager aside from email, which the response time can be very slow. Everything has to be done through Buckingham's website, including paying rent and requesting maintenance on the house. You will receive an automated reply email whenever you submit a maintenance request saying that, 'the issue has been resolved', days before a maintenance team ever shows up to the property. I’ve lived at Buckingham Properties for a little over a year at one of the apartments on Alexander St. The leasing staff is always very responsive, Kamilah and Sara are the reason I renewed my lease recently. You can tell they truly care about their residents. Maintenance has never been an issue and always friendly and the location is convenient- walking distance to park ave restaurants.
