Buckingham Apartments

I have lived here over 11 years. I really like the location. It's quite and safe. I have no issue living here, if something needs to be fixed it gets fixed , maintenance is wonderful and the manager is really nice. I enjoy living here, really nice community.

Where do I even start? I lived here for about three years. I began in a one-bedroom apartment for almost two years, and then we upgraded to a two-bedroom townhouse because we were expecting a baby. When we moved out of the one-bedroom, we didn’t have many issues. In fact, the property manager thanked us for cleaning it so well. They even drove by and literally saw us scrubbing baseboards. Once we moved into the townhouse, though, it was one issue after another. Within the first couple of days, we reported that the sinks weren’t draining and that the dryer was venting into the crawl space instead of outside where the vent was. (This can cause mold in the crawl space because of the moisture.) They came and fixed the sinks, but they never addressed the dryer problem. I reported it multiple t

Home sweet home. Well maintained. Safe area.

I have lived here for years. It’s quiet, has very high standards and if something breaks, it’s replaced or fixed that day or next day. The apartments are older, the rent is much more affordable than anywhere else in town. However, the apartments are kept modern. I just had my roof replaced and the landscaping is always kept mowed and neat. The landlords are very friendly and if something is faulty, it’s fixed right away.

I have lived here for 4 years. It is quiet and a good place for the most part. The managers are kind and good to work with. The rent is fair, they allow pets and as long as you talk to them they have your back. It’s nothing fancy but the rooms are generous, and the people are kind. For the price I’m not sure what more I could expect out of an apartment and I don’t understand the 1 star reviews.
