Buckhead & Vine

Awesome. Great. Exactly what I needed. To park at the bottom of a long, steep hill and walk all the way up to the top with two handfuls of groceries. On my way down to find a spot, I saw 20+ open spots closer to my place. But guess what? I couldn't park there like I used to because this new management has forced it's residents to pay for these spots. They used to be free and parking was totally fine. And I'm sure some reply to this comment will call it a "premium" spot (or some nonsense). It's coercion. Please, take a look at a the five-star reviews here. A plurality are obviously not even from people who live here. They just went on a tour, and were more than likely offered some kind of incentive to leave a positive review. This apartment is worst in parking.. the people who live here they can’t find a parking here… forget about if any guest comes. Oh my God if one time they visit you and the second time they never wanna come back to you to your place because it’s so bad in parking they do not have a slots over here and it’s very congested and people hit each other’s here every day in this parking slot I see the car and cars hit each others. Every other day. Which is really bad…

TL:DR: A decent apartment complex that could use some serious maintenance/upgrades, a good location depending on your lifestyle, hopefully new management will put time/money into improving the complex I lived in Cortland Uptown Buckhead (now under new management as Buckhead and Vine) for about two years. Pros: -Location: Buckhead and Vine is next door to/across the street from several restaurants, stores, and a Walgreens. There are crosswalks that make it easy to walk to these places. These apartments are also a short drive to grocery stores and other shopping centers. -Upgrades: Granite countertops, crown molding, and although the units are on the smaller side, the 2-bedroom apartments are "roommate style" for a little privacy. I am beyond happy with my experience at Buckhead & Vine. It is a quiet area, affordable, and not too far away from everything. Anaiyah made the process smooth, and easy. She was very knowleadgable, was able to reassure me, walk me through the process, and answer every question that I had! This is a great first apartment for post-grad and I am excited to be apart of this community!
