Buchanan Park Housing Corporation

I have had a great experience with the Buchanan Park Housing. Ivy at the office has always been wonderful, from the moment I called to request a tour, move-in process, to maintenance and everything in between. My one bedroom was beautifully renovated with updated stainless steel kitchen appliances + a dishwasher, hardwood floors and fresh paint. I have a south facing window with so much sunlight that it has been perfect for my houseplants. It's a no-pet apartment, so it's usually very quiet and peaceful ambience. I love the location, it's very close to Lehigh University, where I work. Lots of eatery and grocery stores nearby. My go-to is Wegmans (5 minute drive). My landlord is super nice and my rent stayed the same for over 2 years. Which is a rarity in this economy. In conclusion, this

I'm gonna start with the positives first. The location is great. Anything you could possibly need is only a few minutes away driving. It's a quiet community. The office lady is very nice and tries her hardest with any sorta issue you may have. So that leads into the negative, the maintenance people are very slow to react with any kind of problem that may occur. That also leads to the big issue with AN ARMY OF CICADA KILLERS OUTSIDE OF YOUR PLACE! These huge cicada killers are everywhere. I kept hearing they were going to do something about these nasty insects but didnt do anything about it. They come mid summer. When they were gone my first thought was oh, they finally did something about it, until next year rolled around and they were back, thank god I moved just before they started multi
