I lived with BSB for 2 years and I never had any issues. I loved the neighborhood and my apartment. The cost of rent was so reasonable for the area and how large my apartment was. If I move back to the St. Louis area, I'll definitely try to stay with BSB again.

Call the office for information! I’ve rented with BSB for 2 years now, and my sister has for close to 4. We’ve both been extremely happy! I’m trying to downsize and I’ve decided to stay with BSB, as they’re extremely helpful and friendly, and the few minor maintenance issues I’ve had over the span of 2 years have been very quickly resolved. The website does not offer tons of pictures or information unfortunately, and some of their units may not even be posted online; but if you give the office a call, the ladies will be incredibly helpful and let you know what they have available. Would definitely recommend!

I lived in one of their properties for years. If you decide to rent from them READ YOUR LEASE THOROUGHLY before you sign. Most of their properties are carpet and they automatically charge you $46 for flea treatment when you move out if you have a pet. Also, they bill your for the little things, even lightbulbs being burned out. They fix issues quickly (usually) but often go the cheapest way possible on repairs. Not necessarily a bad thing but on some instances it's frustrating to have things fixed and then break again shortly after. Are they terrible? No. Are they great? No. It IS worth noting a lot of their apartments are very outdated so if you're looking for updated appliances (like stainless steel, etc.) then their apartments may not be for you.

I had a GREAT experience renting with BSB the last 2 years (2015-2016). My apartment was a great size, even had storage in the basement, came in good condition, and was very fairly priced (maybe a deal!). Great location in Benton Park too. BSB was always very quick to respond to maintenance requests including a super quick turnaround on an AC repair midsummer. They also came to the rescue as I locked myself out one morning (needing one more thing) and was going to possibly miss an international flight. BSB was also timely with checking furnace filters and other routine maintenance. I highly recommend renting from BSB! I'm only leaving them and the area because of a new job; I would not otherwise. Good luck with your search and do consider BSB!

You will not find a kinder group of people to rent from. We rented a house for 3+ years, and found the property to be in great shape and the BSB staff to be helpful with any minor issue that arose. I'd highly recommend renting from BSB!
