Customer Reviews
While the apartment complex from the outside can look old and outdated, the interior (i.e., apartment rooms) is certainly well-maintained and comfy. I rent a ~800-sq.-ft., one-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor, I was afraid that noise would be an issue, but besides people walking and talking in the hallways, the room-to-room wall insulations are great (maybe also because my neighbors are quiet). The parking accommodations are also something to praise upon: the garage is heated (i.e., above freezing during the winter) and there is an EV charging station! In terms of maintenance and front office response, they are very prompt and certainly show that they care about us (or maybe more so about the property lol). Generally, my overall experiences have been positive. This complex is also built
I moved here in January, and from the very beginning, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The hospitality, professionalism, and warmth from the staff have far exceeded my expectations. Every maintenance request is handled quickly and efficiently, and the entire team truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for. A special thank you to Erica and Taylor both are incredibly kind, generous, and compassionate. They’ve shown so much empathy and understanding in every interaction. Erica, in particular is such a gem — she’s always there to answer questions, help find solutions, and treat every resident with respect and care. The community itself is peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained. It’s such a relaxed and welcoming environment that feels like home. If you
I moved into the Bryn Mawr building complex coming from Georgia, so I trusted the reviews here and I'm glad I did. After moving in, I requested that my bathroom's door be cleaned due to painting's stains. Erika assisted me quickly and she sent Mike to fix the issue. Mike has a great personality and does his job well, he pays a lot of attention to details when fixing an issue and comes up with quick and effective solutions. The bathroom door was replaced immediately. He also took care of different things around the apartment such as replacing light bulbs. I also have had a great experience with Erika, she has been helping me throughout the process of leasing the apartment. It's been a pleasure living here.
Lived here for 5 years and never had any issues. Any maintenance request was handled quickly, even when they had to get outside help they always managed to get them in within a day or two. Free parking and in unit washer and dryer at a price you can’t beat. Easy access to the highway. Truly the best place to live in the Pittsburgh area.
For the most part, I sincerely enjoyed my time as a resident at Bryn Mawr Apartments. The amenities, location, and apartment views were amazing! The location was perfect for my needs, as it has easy access to Parkway 360 and is close to many other Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Unfortunately, I can’t give a five-star review due to the current property manager. I experienced rude and unprofessional behavior/customer service from the current property manager when I had zero issues with the previous manager before her. The behavior consisted of a lack of urgency with certain maintenance issues, condescending tones during communication, and wrongfully conveying false damage charges to the apartment. After ending my lease, the service I received from the manager was highly unprofessional; I was talk
