BRYKS Upper Westside

I just moved to Atlanta, and every space at Bryks—along with the management team—has made me feel at home. From the very beginning, when I was searching for a place from afar, they supported me with video calls and recordings of the building. Upon my arrival, Fatima and the entire team made me feel truly welcomed. Even though I had already chosen to live here, they went the extra mile to answer all my questions and were impressively attentive. The building itself is amazing! Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, with quiet spaces for working and lively lounges with music for hanging out with friends. I love living here, and I’m so grateful to have found such a great apartment during my transition to a new city.

Saeteay is amazing! she showed my boyfriend and I around the property. throughout the tour she answered all of our questions very well and professionally. super knowledgeable about the property and made us feel very comfortable. her touring skills definitely swayed us towards being more interested in the Bryks!

Update: I've been a resident at BRYKS Upper Westside since February 2025, and overall, I've been thoroughly enjoying the community and amenities - it's a fantastic place to call home! The property itself is beautiful, and I've appreciated the efforts of staff members like Ametria and Deneisha, who have been responsive and helpful. And Dale from Maintenance is excellent! Also Saeteay was super helpful with fixing my door issue ASAP! I'm loving life at Bryks and am happy to call it my home sweet home. 🙂

Touring the apartment felt less like a showing and more like stepping into my next chapter. From the moment I walked in, natural light poured through oversized windows, making the open layout feel warm and inviting. The kitchen had sleek finishes and a spacious island that instantly made me picture hosting friends. The balcony overlooked a quiet city view, giving the space a peaceful, tucked-away feel despite being close to everything. By the end of the tour, I wasn’t just noticing features—I was imagining routines, comfort, and home. Also, a special thanks to Ametria S. , one of the most caring leasing agents, who gave me the tour, and a great perspective on which unit I should choose.

Ugh such a good experience living here so far. The beautiful building/amenities sells itself. It really feels like a safe community which is very important to me when looking for a new home. There are multiple events to get involved with, which is nice if you're new to the area. The leasing team has been very kind and attentive, especially Ametria, Saeteay, and Fatima. I always feel heard and valued when I reach out even if its something minor lol. They all have been consistently helpful from the move in process to settling in, or even helping find packages. The support I’ve felt through the process and how hands on Fatima has been making things work is appreciated. Of course, with any new building, there are a few small “kinks” being worked through, & there's quite a few apps, free drinks
