So it was time to buy a home again and I went back to Bryan because of my great experience with him before. Full disclosure, he is my Brother, but that is not the reason I use him as my realtor. He even brought all the listings (8-10 showings a day) printed out on a clip board so we could take notes and see all of the information on each house as went.
