Mrs McMilan the community manager was very helpful she was very caring and understanding and did what she could do to get me in my apartment at the Brunswick Commons thank you Mrs. McMillan.

Management is very poor. She is very combative and harasses all tenants out here. Maintenance issues are never fixed. Mold is growing rapidly, if you say anything you will be yelled at or threatened to be evicted. Please be aware before moving here. If under different management hopefully things will get fixed. Code enforcement has been on site multiple times concerning the mold. We can’t enter into the leasing office or contact the property manager concenring any concerns. She is very hostile and we honestly need need management.

Horrible man garment is the worst rude and is combative always looking around and who stays at Work so late when office hours say 9 to 5 she needs to get a life

The apartments are nice , but management is terrible. They are very invasive/nosey beyond to the point where its illegal. Shapil walks in your apartment without permission( the police cant even walk in without a warrant). They try to control who and who cant be at your place. Stopping people asking who they’re visiting or where they stay. Doing multiple inspections to the point where it’s harassment . Ignoring/blocking emails when try to communicate. Discriminating against applicants ,driving around in her car slowly after hours in the complex Etc and on top of everything their Maintenance sucks!! . Nobody barely stays there for more than a year because of management

The property manager needs some serious help and guidance. She’s rude, controlling and has been seen getting aggressive towards some of the tenants. I’m shocked she’s still employed at this rate. The mold is terrible and nothing is ever fixed when broken. It just don’t make any sense!
