Richie was awesome. He went far above any expectations we had. He listed the house one evening and had a signed contract for the full asking price in less than 24 hrs. We had a lot of trash and debris to move and he brought a trailer out for us fill up then picked it up and did away with the trash. I wouldn't even think about using anyone else. He bent over backwards to do anything we asked of him.

Ritchie and his company did a fantastic job handling my father’s estate. He was very helpful. I recommend them for anyone who needs their service.

When I parked in the parking lot at this establishment at 4:55pm with my son (the time is relevant based on the posted business hours) while playing pokemon go, someone I presume to be the owner came out to tell us we could not park there. I took this fine, it's a private lot and he has every right to tell me I can't park here for unrelated business. It was when I walked back toward my vehicle that I noticed that he was holding a handgun. I asked him if it was necessary for him to have a gun out while telling us that we needed to move our vehicle. He responded with "no it isn't necessary" but nonetheless, he was doing it. I left the parking lot and went to a different one, then while standing in a neighboring area I was approached by the same man, who was not done giving the group I was

I've done several real estate transactions with Richie Broyles, both buying and selling, and I've never had an issue with him or anyone in his office. He has always been professional, honest, and very polite. I'll use him when I buy my next home and/or sell my current home.
