Even though it took a while for me to get paper works turned in from my previous housing. I’ll have to say the ladies and the gentleman in the office are my fav, they are funny and very understanding, friendly and very helpful. Once I received my keys my children and I moved in right away. I did see rats outside by the trash cans but it’s expected since the trash cans are behind the houses.(I have a cat) so no rat in my house lol. I follow the instructions that they gave to me about making sure I don’t leave any water for the roaches or any pests and so far I haven’t seen any. THE NEIGHBORHOOD is freaking quiet, no loud music no yelling or screaming. Everyone is friendly. The homes are beautiful at Brookville townhomes. Unprofessional. They rented out the apartment after I paid my application fee plus the $300. They called me same day saying that someone else put in an application despite me touring and speaking to the assistant manager Ashley telling her it would not let me change the move in date as well as the unit number which she confirmed that she would change for me. A waste of my time. No one answers the phones here and they will tell you a different thing every single time. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

I am extremely disappointed with the management. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and responsibility is unbelievable. A simple issue has taken nearly two months, and instead of helping, they continue to give excuses and waste time. Management does not follow up, does not care about customers, and shows zero urgency in resolving even the smallest matters. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If you need anything done, expect delays, confusion, and complete mismanagement. I do not recommend dealing with this team at all.
