please read this in its entirety if you plan to live here. To be fully transparent, many of the positive reviews come from an incentive for money off of your first month of rent when you move in if you leave a good review so they are skewed. This place is not worth the amount of money it costs. from a glance it looks and seems nice but when you look closer, there is so much wrong with it. The even bigger issue is that nothing is ever done to fix anything. A few examples include constant overflowing trash as seen in the photo with overflowing dog poop and trash bags just thrown in the grass by the pool. I was embarrassed to show people I lived here when that trash was laying all over the yard as you first pull in. 80% of the gym equipment is broken/nonfunctional and some of the weights ar

Think twice about living here. I did for two years and it was to long. First they charge an outrageous amount. They may start off by saying the apt is $1500 but after all the fees and water bill you end up paying over $1700 a month (2bedroom). If you’re a light sleeper beware it’s a train that butts up to the parking lot which blows its horn and shakes the apts at all hours of the day and night sometime 2-3 am. The management is awful and changes constantly. All the maintenance men quit at once. The a/c goes out every year, had issues with my furnace and water heater too. The pool is rarely cleaned and closed early for year, the machines and tvs in exercise room only a few work. Also, someone hit the front gated fence, so that stays open. The fountain in the pond has been sitting on the

I’m writing this review after moving out of Brookstone Village over six months ago and only recently hearing back about my security deposit. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. We had a squirrel eat through the drywall and end up inside my bedroom, and maintenance left a hole to the outside open for a full week. One night, a man showed up at 12 a.m. on a weekday, with no uniform, claiming to be emergency maintenance for a water heater issue — we had not reported any problem and didn’t even know the water heater was broken, which was terrifying. I eventually had to contact the Better Business Bureau just to get issues addressed. Our washer and dryer were replaced multiple times, maintenance left a moldy toilet seat in our living room, and my car was broken into twice…l

Adding to my original post. Do not live here unless you have to. See previous about AC/Heat issues. Apart from that there are just so many problems with this complex and the property management is horrible. All the "amenities" you see online are not functional. Original: No heat or AC for 2+ months. Still waiting on somebody to contact me about it. Fluid leaking under the stove and inside the fridge since I moved in. I went to change my shower curtain today and saw the rod has been held up by a beer cap that’s been painted into the wall.

I’ve lived here 4 months, but my air conditioner has been out 3 times. The shortest wait for repair was 1 week. The longest wait (so far) was 6 weeks. I’m currently 21 days without AC and the heat index will be over 100 again today. WHEN they answer or call me back, I get blown off with quick promises. But usually I’m leaving voicemails or writing official letters and there is no response at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE! UPDATE…. They never fixed it. Technically the AC hasn’t worked consistently for the whole 9 months I lived here. I had to take legal action to break the lease with no penalties. (Which cost extra money I’ll never get back). And it’s not just me…. Drive through here on a hot day and see how many window units you can count! I have a giant file of detailed evidenc
