Brookstone Park

We've had a terrific experience this year working with Brookstone to house some of our sales contractors. Through the whole process from start to finish, they've been great to work with. Christine in the office has been very helpful along the way too.

I’ve lived here for over five years, and unfortunately, the experience has declined significantly in recent weeks. What was once a quiet and cozy apartment has become increasingly difficult to enjoy. The area used to be buffered by trees, but recent deforestation and nearby construction have exposed the property to constant highway noise from I-12, which can now be heard at all hours. Also Ampirical, is right next door with light that beam all night. This making quality sleep difficult even with blackout curtains. Lastly, when the heating element in my dryer broke, it took over two months to get it repaired. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve residents livability.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience living in this complex. However, I’ve noticed that the manager tends to be slow in addressing certain matters. In contrast, the assistant manager and the younger lady have consistently been proactive and responsive they truly seem to be the ones keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. As a property owner myself, I can recognize both the strengths and areas for improvement within a property management team. I want to give my utmost respect and appreciation to the assistant manager and the younger staff member for their hard work and dedication

I’ve been living here for 7 years and Brookstone Park gets a 5 star rating. The grounds are always kept clean and inviting. This is a quit area, close to restaurants and shopping, centrally located and a great place to live. The management staff Lynn, Meghan and Nikki are very friendly and do an outstanding job of making you feel at home. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and always prompt in responding to any issues.

I’ve been living in Brookstone Park Apartments for a little over half a year and I love it!! The staff is amazing and super helpful. The maintenance staff is great and always comes out fix any and all issues in a timely manner. The residents are really friendly. The community atmosphere is warm. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable and welcoming place to live.
