We hired Brookstone Homes to renovate our kitchen and we were extremely impressed with the entire process. They worked hard to meet our budget and were always available to answer questions. I can't speak highly enough about Shannon Freeze and Brookstone's overall customer service. Shannon and Shannon's knowledge and expertise were instrumental in making sure we got the custom design and amenities that met our specific needs. During the selection process, we were difficult customers, but Shannon Freeze was infinitely patient with our many indecisions and last-minute changes. She bent over backwards to get us what we wanted. Although, she had many houses actively under construction, she was never too busy to respond to our needs. I want to call out Steve Brown, as well. He is such a pleasure to work with. He manages a good crew, has quality sub-contractors (the quality of our drywall is outstanding) and keeps a tidy worksite. In our neighborhood, Courtyards of Terrace Ridge, there have been several owners experiencing underground water issues. Improper drainage, doing things the cheap way and then not fixing the problem when the owner discovers it. Very disappointed in the way they operate. The house is nice but they have gone the cheap route. Once you’ve lived in the house a while, you’ll notice these things that are cheap.
