The Apartment Was Supper Clean & Spotless ! Everything Was New Inside . The Management Definitely Will Work With You .

ROACHES! I lived here for 2 years and from the moment I moved in, I realized I had roommates aka roaches. There were some the size of my hand! Cheap place and it shows. Make sure you read the car rules throughly, because management likes mass towing the whole complex. 24/7 smell of weed. If you like cold showers this is the place for you! Constant maintenance every week waking you up, but at least they give you a warning the night before. No lights in the front room. Paper thin walls, you can hear your neighbor breathing. Not enough parking spaces and you can’t park on the side or they will tow you so good luck if you live at the end of the complex! On the bright side, maintenance is quick to fix your problem and management was very quick to help me move out.

One of the cutest and most affordable places! The landlord is an absolute sweetheart and truly cares about her residents. It’s a clean and quiet place and the pictures make it look a lot smaller than it is. Definitely a great starter home!

Don’t be fooled by the model apartment. These are Small one bed room apartments. The paint jobs are not good at all. They literally have just painted over holes etc that were already there. My stove was too close to the wall and unable to be moved so it hit the wall every time I opened the oven. The AC unit is an old one as well. It is hard to get in contact with staff that will actually help you here. The landlord was difficult to work with and get in contact with at times. It is suitable for someone living alone or seniors, but there are better one bedrooms worth $611+. These have been here since 1974 and have barely been renovated. So Other than being stuck in this one year lease I enjoyed being out here it is quiet and near a cool outlet!

For what this apartment is at its price point it's not bad. Needs updated cabinets. Again, price point. The staff is friendly and maintenance issues are handled quickly.
