Brookson Flats Apartments

As a 2 1/2 year Resident, a majority of the reviews have some truth to the concerns and issues we’ve had as residents. However, the current maintenance guys specifically Chris, go above and beyond to make sure maintenance request are completed in a timely manner. They are Professional, Skilled and Reliable !! In my few interactions with the new office staff they have also been polite, understanding and professional.

I have been living in Brookson Flats apartments for six years. The first two years I was here the management team and custodians were excellent. After that, it went downhill. But this new team is fantastic! I’m so pleased and impressed with Savannah. Her Professionalism, accountability, and effort to make things happen the way they should deserves a five star rating.. The custodians here are also very professional. When something needs to be done, they take care of it within 24 to 48 hours. They know what they’re doing when they come to fix something. They are very professional and accountable . I also love how friendly they are every time you see them. Welcome to Brookson Flats new team! You’re are doing a great job!

Themon the maintenance supervisor came to handle my heating issues and provided reassurance that this would be handled as quick as possible. He provided space heaters to assist with warming the unit, but less than an hour later he returned with the someone to fix the issue. Themon is very friendly and made me feel like my issue was his biggest concern and there are multiple units having issues. He is a wonderful asset to this company!

This property is a 10/10. From the Beautiful apartments , to the amazing view. The area is quiet & calm enough to walk my dog every morning & evening. I just cant get enough of this property. They recently changed property management a few months ago & the front office staff & new maintenance team are amazing!! Quinton & Themon from maintenance really make sure to keep the property well kept. I had an emergency situation where my oven recently went out on a Friday & was replaced first thing on Monday morning. They handled it with a sense of urgency & were Very professional!! Give them a Raise!! :)

Themon, Quentin and Chris are the maintenance team for Asset Living here at Brookson Flats and they are Hitting it out the Park with their superb service. They took care of the issues I put the work order in and took care of additional issues on the spot. They waste no time in making sure everything is in good working order and they make sure to test everything before they leave. Thank you guys for the Great Service, Much Appreciated!!! 👍🏼
