I was initially skeptical about this place, but after speaking with Akmal, he was extremely professional and addressed all my concerns. I also received a special, and he has been very helpful throughout the process. Arthi has been great as well—they always come through whenever I have an issue. So far, I’m also really loving my very spacious unit. It’s nice here!!!

Been here almost 8 years, and I can say now we have the Best office Management now then we ever had. Akmal, Andres, and Alyssa, are easy to talk to and are wonderful and very friendly. Had a previous problem in my early move in stage with winding brook apts but I can honestly say that they rectified the situation and stood on business with everything they said they would do. I found repairs that was needed to be completed and within a day the maintenance worker came and completed it. I was encouraged to report any problems immediately and it would be handled ASAP. I love the apartment, it's spacious and plenty of closet space. Very quiet and family oriented neighbors on my side and my very own assigned parking spot. New county and new begginings for me and so far I'm happy with the decision i made by choosing brookside apartments as my place of residency. #4starforprevioussituation

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall complex was great with promising amenities coming soon.
