Brookside Estates

I lived here for the past year and moved out due to relocation. I would have stayed if I could! The landlord and maintenance were always easy to get ahold of and willing to help. Move in/out was also very easy. Apartment was clean and in good shape. Great location, right next to a walking trail

These people are not honest and just have you waste your time and money applying for apartments. They 1st said that in the worse case scenerio, they would charge 3 times the rent. Then they turned around and said they want to see your bank statements being over $33K DON'T APPLY HERE THEY LIE AND YOU'LL ONLY WASTE YOUR $60 APPLICATION FEE🤬🤬

Amazing location, spacious floor plans, management and parking are great! It's a super quiet complex despite having the road close to you and it being such a small complex. Balconies are huge which is great if you have cats and plants.

These apartments are full of roaches. I'm using a DIFFERENT name to avoid retaliation but Ask yourself why do these people have so many vacated units??? Because they are all INFESTED!

I lived at Brookside Estates from late 2011 through mid-2014. I'm sure a lot has changed in the years since, but I'm going to share my experience living there. First, the pros! The location is amazing. It's close to everything but is also a calm and quiet community. There's plenty of parking, including guest parking, which is awesome, because that can be difficult to find in many apartment communities. I lived in a one-bedroom unit and I loved that we had a sliding door to the balcony not only in our living room but in our bedroom, as well! There's also a Plaid Pantry about 100 feet away, which was incredibly convenient. With them being open 24/7, 365 days per year, you'll never end up in a pinch if you forget to pick up toilet paper or if you just want to grab a red bull on your way to w
