Brookridge Heights Apartments

Brookridge Heights is hands down one of the most luxurious apartment communities you can find in Bloomington. I recently moved here and have been loving it so far—the amenities and facilities are excellent, and the apartments themselves are very well maintained. I also want to give a special shoutout to Rudy from the maintenance team. He recently came by to help with an issue, fixed my fridge within minutes, and even went out of his way to help me with some furniture. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. Overall, a great living experience so far!

Rudy of the maintenance team is great! He came to my unit today to fix some problems. His work is consistently quick and effective when fixing problems. I truly appreciate his professionalism, reliability, and humanism. Thank you again for his excellent service!

Awesome apartments. The amenities are great. We recently had an issue with our heater but the maintenance guy came out fast. His name was Lacari, and he made sure we were taken care of! Provides heaters for the apartment while he worked on it. And went above and beyond to get the part needed to fix the problem.

My wife and I have lived at Brookridge Heights for about 3 years now. We have been quite happy living here due to the quiet and safe area, and that the buildings are well maintained. Anytime we request maintenance they follow through very quickly and the office staff are quick to respond to any issues. My only complaint is that the rent can be high and our rent has gradually increased each year. But other than this it’s a great place to live

Brookridge Heights is well worth the cost to rent, you definitely get what you pay for. It is quiet, most neighbors/residents are very respectful. The units themselves are beautiful, and cozy, even in the oldest building. There is a walking trail and are dog waste stations at various points, which most dog owners here have the courtesy to use. The front office does a good job of getting back to you about most issues, and Rudy and the team are amazing at getting to maintenance requests quickly (he also was there after hours to help with our water heater, which was a lifesaver). The sprinkler system puts our minds at ease. The snow removal/lawn care has been good & the property is well maintained, including brand new asphalt all over.
