I have lived here for two and a half years. It has been awful. Maintenance takes forever to do anything, and that’s only if you call every couple hours for a few days straight. Took them a month to fix my AC- which was leaking all over my house and causing damage that I now have to pay for. (They looked back at the records and couldn’t find anything to prove there was a problem.) The floor might as well be paper, you stub your toe and it peels; they then charge you. You open your blinds and they fall and break- they charge you. The worst part is it’s all stuff I’ve called about and half fixes were done. There was a mouse in my house, dug through the wall and into the kitchen and they would not come and fix the hole or get the mouse out. We broke our lease early and have been charged 2000 d

I have been working with Ms Khalil and he is the most kindest person. His Customer Service skills are impeccable and he’s extremely helpful in getting you satisfied as a prospective applicant/tenent. It has been such a pleasure working with him through my process. Thank you, Khalil

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and the crickets are ridiculous. They sound like they are between the carpet and baseboard of the external walls (living and bedroom). I've caught at least 1 every day. They are mostly quiet all day and chirp all night! I haven't had solid sleep since I moved in. Maintenance came and sprayed something in a corner and put down a sticky. I was told this takes 3 to 4 weeks to take effect and someone would come to check for cracks (hasn't happened yet). In the meantime I have had to resort to earplugs to get any semblance of sleep. Considering how responsive maintenence was to everything else that needed attention, I thought this would be handled too. Highly disappointed!
