Brookland Ridge Apartments

I recently moved in Brookland Ridge Apartments and overall my experience has been quite positive. My unit is clean and well maintained and Zenda was nice to me. Noise level are generally low and neighbors are respectful which makes living comfortable.

I have lived here for almost twenty years. It is my home and the staff and many residents are like family. You should check it out - so many conveniences available- several houses of worship, and grocery stores close by. The lovely Franciscan Monastery gardens and walking trails and Turkey Thicket track and Gymn within walking distance. Red line metro station very close and bus stops directly in front of the apts. Also a gas station and vet in walking distance. This is a 4.5 star rating as there are ongoing infrastructure improvements they are addressing.

I have no room to complain. I appreciate everyone in the office. They are nice organized helpful patient and honest. My unit is nice and if I have any problems they are always right here to solve the problem. Thank you Brookland Ridge.

The maintenance team is very effective and friendly. Omar helped us get a new dishwasher in today and fixed other minor problems for us very quickly. We appreciate the fast repairs we received through Omar and the maintenance team!

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Edwin Velasquez, the maintenance technician who attended to my apartment today to fix my toilet; he was highly competent and completed the repair efficiently, restoring my toilet to full functionality.
