Renaldo was quick fast and very nice even helped me understand what exactly was wrong. He made sure before he left I was happy with his work. I really appreciate him . PLUS he even went a step further and changed my filter that the regular inspection people should have changed. ( the picture is the one he removed)

I have been live on this property for years. the property is infested with roaches badly. No updated appliances. my stove and refrigerator are old and now infested. and let me not start on the rodents in the walls of the apartments. The bad smell that come from the sink in the bathroom when the water is running. me and my neighbors literally work together to keep the infestation of roaches out of our apartments. every year they are switching out property management and nothing is done to the apartments no type of updated work. i literally had to beg for new cabinets. property manger is never there. leasing agents are horrible and unprofessional. i have made numerous complaints. even got my unit inspected by DCRA. No one should have to live under these circumstances no matter if you are pa

Renaldo did a hell of a job despite the risks. I have lived here 15 years and never have had any maintenance or repairs to the electrical issues I have. Sockets catching fire, popping and blowing out stuff soon as you plug things up. I was told that the sockets were good but they were indeed coming apart as Renaldo was taking it out. Burnt out and breaking up is rediculous. These devices they use to determine if a socket needs repaired or replace are not giving the truth. The truth is every socket needs replaced. Ther entire property needs need wiring and electrical outlets.
