The office staff is always friendly and quick to respond whenever I need anything. Maintenance is reliable and gets requests handled fast. The community is quiet, clean, and in a great location close to everything.

Been here only a month and so far so good. Not where you live it’s how you live. These apartments have been here for years and all they need is a little TLC. I do things I can do myself because end of the day I have to live here. I love my rent lady.

The townhomes themselves and the staff are amazing. Maintenance issues were always addressed in a timely and reasonable timeframe, and Trashan always did her best to work with you and help resolve any issues. The price is also great for the space. I was skeptical when I read the square footage online (admittedly, I’m not a spatial visualizer), but I was truly amazed by how spacious the one bedroom townhomes are. As an introvert, it’s the perfect space all my own while feeling like I have more than enough space . For loving couples in long-term relationships, you’ll probably love it, too. Extroverts read on. The only downside to the complex is the walls aren’t all that thick, so if you get noisy neighbors, it can mess with your sleep (if you’re not a deep sleeper). It’s only a temporary n

The office was very clean, but the apartment she showed us had dead spiders all over the place. It also had an old house smell to it. They should not be asking for 3 times the rent income.
