Lakita the office manager is so sweet and kind. She was very helpful during my moving process. She even called me when my packages were delivered and asked if I wanted them brought inside because I wasn’t home. Brookfield team is very responsive at dealing with any issues that I had with the apartment. The area is clean and quiet. Although I’m still settling in and putting the finishing touches on it, it’s coming along and is cozy for my daughter and I.

Brookfield was a quiet nice place Lakita was very professional and also helpful from move in till move out. I seen many other managers come thru but Lakita honestly made me feel like she cared for my apartment like I did. Thanks Mr. Epps.
