Nice place but I feel personally its discriminative against people thats on disability/ social security. Though one thats on either can pay the rent and their bills, they ask for your income to be 3 times the rent. Now, every adult that knows anything knows nobody on either of those incomes make that. I think it should fall under the fair housing laws in the country but then any, its all about the mighty dollar with places like these. Even if you're close to it like we was, short by maybe 300 bucks they won't work with that.

This apartment complex was taken over by a new landlord. We have continued to ask for our microwave which is completely dead and to get our thermostat fixed. Now the stove is making a noise, I had to go out and buy my own microwave which she is refusing to reimburse us for and still no working microwave and wouldnt have one unless we got our own. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Seems like a good place to stay.
