I've been here a full year and honestly tried to avoid writing this review—because if word gets out how nice this place really is, my rent renewal is going to sting even more 😂 But the everyday details are just too consistently well-done to keep quiet about anymore. What stands out most isn't any one big flashy change. It's the quiet, steady care that makes the whole community feel like a little well-tended village. The streets and common areas are always spotless, no trash or debris lingering around. Everywhere you look, there are beautiful flowers and landscaping that actually get maintained (not just planted once and forgotten). I've been living in this apartment for almost three years, and I truly love it here. The maintenance team is always very nice, responsive, and professional. The apartment area is extremely clean and well-maintained, and I always feel comfortable living here. Also, our manager Theresa is incredibly kind and sweet. She's always helpful and truly cares about the residents. I really appreciate her and the whole team. Highly recommend this place!

If you are reading this, you are so lucky and don’t hesitate to be a resident of Brookdale Apartments!! I love everything about this cozy, clean, and well maintained apartments home! Theresa as our community manager is amazing! Not only herself, but all her staff are awesome too. You feel safe and valued here! Complex by itself is beautiful. Wooden carpet, all kitchen and bath appliances are the best quality! They even paint one side of living room wall for you if you like! There are well equipped gym, super duper clean pool and dry sauna, and jacuzzi!!! The outside environment is gorgeous and can’t describe it over here! The only thing If you want to imagine would be a green grass with an outdoor seats next to 2 barbecues, 4 new built Cabanas m, and you have Cornhole Courts to play with f

An oasis of peace in San Jose. Its so blissful to live here. There are giant redwoods, blooming flowers, immaculately clean pool, jacuzzi and a fitness center. They could have easily added more floors and made the property more crowded but they rather preferred preserving the "resort-like" ambience. While the maintenance team is passionate about their job, Luu is the star of the show. Theresa-the property manager is so courteous and always willing to help with a smile. I lived here for 2 years and was bummed to move out due to change of job to another city. I'd definitely live here again if I am back to San Jose.

Absolutely wonderful, from the office staff, to maintenance (super awesome special shoutout to Lu, the absolute best!). The apartment was beautiful, fast responses to maintenance orders, clean and safe, never worried about parking, great amenities with the fitness center and sauna, package lockers. Quiet community too, even though you wouldn’t think so being so close to auto mall. Great location and access too, for living in San Jose. Been here 4+ years and only leaving due to work otherwise I’d be sticking around!
