Brook View Apartments

Moved in on Friday and the process was so simple. Beautiful grounds w/ a walking path around ponds, dog friendly w/ a dog park, and wonderful staff. Colleen from leasing and Rich from maintenance have been so helpful!

The best neighbourhood I have ever lived in, the management are so kind and helpful Sarita and Colleen are the best, I cant forget Rich and Denzel they are the eyes of the community as this winter the first snow storm we had that was stuck on the road was clear to us immediatly in the early morning everyone was working so hard it was amazing we can drive so easily while others were complaining of being stuck in the roads. It was the best choice I made to move here with my family to this beautiful, clean and peacfull community, Thank you Brookview circle team we love you 🙂

My husband and I just moved in a few weeks ago and we couldn’t be any happier. First of all: Chandler is the greatest of all time. From the very first phone call she was extremely informative and helpful. She was so responsive with all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond. We move a lot because of my husband’s job and she is quite literally the best person I’ve ever dealt with during a move. The maintenance guys are also two gems. Our garage door broke the day after we moved in and they were here to fix it just minutes after I put in the request. They even let us borrow some tools during our move in. They also helped us move a really heavy item inside. Angels! The valet trash is amazing. The community is so beautiful and quiet. They have a walking path around the two pond

Wish i can put more pics on for this place( but i can't i have my kids on almost all of them ), is beautiful, every thing well kept , very quiet . Paradise on earth i rarely recommend anything if u guys are looking for a home Brookview is it . The staff is wonderful . <3

Sarita and the team members Lindsay (former) and Chandler, maintenance staff (former & current Richard) have been an awesome team! Brook View was truly our refuge during the pandemic and we are so thankful. A very nice place to live and certainly the best in the area...feels like a true residential neighborhood. So well maintained and landscaped. Elwood and Sharon
