Brook Pointe Apartments

Met Jolesa at mom & pop store on Pierce, she handed me a business card a few weeks ago. I overheard a conversation with another lady, I like this young lady’s character and her willingness to help. I will keep Brook Pointe in mind when my lease expires in May.

I just want to thank my neice Jalisa, she works there. I called her today about an apartment since I will be moving back to Louisiana, and as usual she is always there for family when needed and ready to lend a hand.

I wanted to share my experience with Brook pointe. My husband & I went apartment shopping last week. (March 4 ,2025) (11 A.M.) I looked up on google and I noticed this nice apartment complex and I also seen that there’s a video on YouTube of a homicide shooting at Brook Pointe Location.( That raised 🚩 1 red flags ) As we were driving around ,I noticed that it was in the ghetto, ( 🚩 2 ) but we gave the benefit of the doubt. Im a delivery driver out here,and idk if yall are reading these reviews but yall need to pressure wash all the breezeways and these people doors! That ground and the stairs and walls are so black and filthy is disgusting it looks like it’s never been cleaned before,it’s like smut and it smells like urine,those apartments are to nice for that y’all maintenance team and management need to make that a priority,thank god for those baclconies because I would never sit outside over there I just look at when I go deliver and it gets worser and worser,and its on every floor every unit! And them kids be stealing packages please get yall a ring camera! I knock before every delivery!
