Brook Manor Apartments

The new owners SVN realty performance advisors are an absolute joke. Haven’t had heat in over 2 and a half weeks. A pipe burst in our room because of it which was fixed but not our heat. We were left with cleaning up the puddles of standing water on the carpet ourselves. Rude staff, completely unapologetic and a lack of sympathy for a tenant without heat for 2 and a half weeks in freezing temps. Maintenance is just horrible. Was told by the regional manager that there’s nothing they can do things break and I’m not the only one affected by this. Basically “get over it”

If I could leave a negative star review- I would. My fiancé and I have lived in these apartments for 5+ years now. The first few years were very nice— until the “SVN Realty Performance Advisors” took over. Maintenance issues are beyond difficult to get taken care of, personal information gets posted right on your front door, friends have been left without heat for days now, and the literal Karen in the office is completely useless. Overall, the apartments are definitely NOT worth paying over $900+ HA. SVN is a complete joke.

The apartments aren't too bad. They have large kitchens and window air conditioning units in the large main living room. Bathrooms and bedrooms are simple enough. There are laundry facilities in the basement of each building, as well as mailboxes for each tenant. Rent isn't too pricy and there is lots of parking. Limited garge space is available for an extra monthly fee. The neighborhood isn't too bad either. Management lacks general customer service skills though. In general, it worked well for small families, students, or singles. Not too far from restaurants, shopping centers, and parks.

literally dump of a place and terrible management. The amount of fake reviews on here is ridiculous. This is not a five star review apartment complex. It has roaches, trash everywhere, awful and rude maintenance. They barley keep up the snow and never salt the parking lot. Seriously DO NOT BELIEVE THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ON HERE THEY ARE FAKE!!!

The maintenance guy Ralph just started 6 months ago, I can say him came when promised patched and painted certain areas that needed it...
