Brook Haven Apartments

I am very thankful for Alberto and Carlos! I had submitted some work orders and the communication was excellent, they came quickly, and addressed the issues! I haven’t been able to use my dishwasher and they replaced it! It will be so nice to use one again. Such prompt attention and a job well done- thank you so much!!

Workers have been great and friendly just personally I have had a few of issues so far. And things like Air in Florida during July need to be checked when an issuebis reported and be a priority. Some people have health issues and if they can not stay in there own apartment due to no fault of there own I am sure they are not getting a discount but if you are 2 days late on rent they will jump all over you and I believe that same immediate response needs to be put into action when tenants have issues that could lead to severe health consequences for them..Besides this it is very beautiful I just ask for better response time for certain issues.🫶

Love Brookhaven apartments special Alberto is always professional, courteous, and quick to respond whenever help is needed. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely kind. Brookhaven is lucky to have him!

I love living here. Leasing office is very welcoming and attentive. They hear my concerns and address them immediately. At first I had roaches and they got on it immediately and they did not stop addressing the issue until we were satisfied meaning the roaches are gone! The apartment was clean and up to standards. Walls painted, carpets new, appliances working. The space is cozy and comfortable and price is extremely reasonable. No problems with parking. The process was smooth and the neighborhood is quiet. I put work order for maintenance with no urgency because i dont expect them to come any time soon and they show up the same day and don't do lazy or half fast work. So far the neighbors have been very cool and kind. My family and I are really happy to be living here.

Office staff is always there when you need them. Especially Janell she is always quick to help, super friendly, and really cares about the community.
