This was the title company assigned to me by my mortgage company this was the worse duo I have ever dealt with in closing I was coming from over 2, hours away we ran into traffic and blinding rain but I made it there before they closed. So I sign my documents then the closer slides me this piece of paper before she gives me my mortgage papers saying I owe them $125 dollars for after hours closing I was there before they closed if it went over time and they unlike most companies consider that ok if you are there before they lock the doors . I guess not this company I said if I knew that I would have waited for tomorrow the manager replied I didn't have a choice I could have sworn that its after the year 1865 and I do have a choice.
