One of the rudest interactions I have ever had. I called Stephen D' Andrea to inquire about a property and ask a question about the HOA fees (as paying HOA fees as a renter seemed weird). This guy says "Oh! We make everyone pay those they're only $40 a month, but I wouldn't rent to someone like you anyway." and then hung up on me. I called back several times to be ignored. If this is the quality of leasing agent this company employs I would advise to lease from someone else. It's obvious all they're after is abusing tenants and collecting ridiculous fees.

eff Jones attempted to rent 2901 W Davies Ave Littleton, CO 80120 to us (which is a house he is selling for Brokers Guild- he did disclose to us the house was for sale but we needed a very short term lease so we were ok with that). We gave him money orders for 1st month's rent and the deposit, signed a lease, and moved some stuff in. He then later changed the locks on us and wouldn't allow us in despite holding our $3000 and our stuff. He illegally entered our property without 24 hour notice, illegally changed the locks, and only under threat of police did he agree to let me have my own stuff back.
