Fred helped me the whole way and made sure he put me in the best position possible during my real estate transaction. All my questions or concerns where answered timely. THIS is the firm you want to represent you in your real estate transaction. I relocated to Georgia from out of state and the transaction was seamless!! Fred FaceTimed me for walk throughs of the property, took videos and pictures and sent them to me after the initial walkthrough was done and even had his assistant return for a follow up walkthrough so i could see it again. Keep in mind this was all done over FaceTime and i made an offer on the property before ever actually seeing it in person. The other important thing to note is Fred really took the time to deep dive into what i wanted in my home, negotiables, non-negotiables, where i wanted to live, and a host of other things to ensure we had quality properties to look at that checked off my list of must haves in my home.
