Broadway Village Apartments

Nina, the property manager, and the man who showed us around the apartments (I sadly forget his name) were absolutely wonderful in terms of working things out with us and the communication was amazing. The community also has such warm vibes, I love that families feel safe enough to let their kids ride around on their bikes on the trail that’s on the property. Overall a wonderful place to live

I’ve had a great experience with Broadway Village Apartments so far. Nina has been wonderful to work with and always gets back to me very quickly. She gave me a tour of the property, and I felt confident choosing to live here after seeing how quiet and beautiful the grounds are. I am looking forward to my stay!

I loved living here honestly. It’s a quiet neighborhood and in the 2 years I’ve lived here nothing weird has ever happened. I’ve never had issues with maintenance either, they come fix issues within a timely manner and are very accommodating with unit entry requests, like taking off shoes if you ask. Nina in the office is also so kind, definitely one of the best property managers I’ve had, she cares about the residents and wants them to be happy here.

My fiancé and I recently signed a lease for this apartment complex. We did a tour of the place, and it looks fantastic in comparison to many other places I’ve seen around this area. The staff was very helpful—specifically Nina, who was extremely nice and patient. We’re both looking forward to moving into such a nice and quiet area.

I recently moved into this apartment building and am very impressed. It’s clean, well-kept, and has a comfortable feel. Nina is easy to contact and has been very helpful throughout the process of leasing and moving in. The grounds are beautiful and so are the pools! Looking forward to my stay here.
