Broadway Point Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! If I had the option, I would give no stars. My boyfriend rented this place and we deep cleaned and scrubbed the walls, appliances, counters and floors, verified there were no damages and left the place move in ready. They refused to return the security deposit claiming they spent 12 hours cleaning what we already cleaned and claiming that there were damaged blinds and scratches on the wall. They say no pets allowed and there were two cats in one of the other units above my boyfriend and a dog in one of the other units across the lot. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

This place is not worth the money they will with hold your deposit when move out . I would give a zero if could . DONT NOT RENT FROM THEM.
