Broadway Lofts Apartments

I have been staying at Broadway Lofts for almost 2 years now and I have loved every bit of it. The building itself feels like home. I have met great people here and feel like I am part of a great community of residents. The staff here has been great. There are always going to be ups and downs no matter where you stay but it has been great living here. All of my expectations are met and it is a safe, clean, and beautiful living space.

Unprofessional Experience I scheduled a tour for a studio apartment after being told it would become available this month. I requested the tour on the exact date the leasing office originally mentioned — and it was confirmed. However, just hours before the scheduled tour, I began receiving emails and texts from the community manager asking about my budget and utility preferences, which felt unnecessary at this stage since I had already scheduled the tour. To make things worse, I was suddenly told the studio is no longer available and was instead offered a 2-bedroom apartment — completely different from what I inquired about. Despite already seeing the photos website online, I was sent pictures again instead of being given a proper tour which i didn't asked for. It felt like community man

I am very excited to move here soon! Jessi gave a wonderful tour and I am eager to experience having her as the property manager for our residence. After giving her an idea of what I was interested in, she showed me the most beautiful unit that exceeded my expectations and is over 1600 square feet! Needless to say, I am excited for new beginnings here.

When I first moved here everything was a hassle to be dealt with, regardless of how minimal an issue could have been. Mrs. Jessi has been the reason I renewed my lease with her positive attitude and passion to get things done for the residents. When you have someone like Jessi who goes above and beyond to create satisfaction for the ones residing here, you feel appreciated. I can’t thank you enough Jessi!

I love the vibe here. Its quite and inviting. The roof top view is nice.
