Broadway Group

Wes over a DG on Winchester RD construction doesn't talk to people correctly, lies to try to cover up what going on and why, and when confronted with the truth. Don't really know what to say anymore. They have before started before 7am this morning around 5am. First time I called the sheriff's office, this reached out to to him and he tried to come up with reasons of temp outside, it's colder at 5am than 7am. The rules are not before 7am not and cut off is 9pm.

This company is greedy and unethical. Look for numerous lawsuits against them in the future. Broadway Group, LLC destroyed our little WNC neighborhood by cutting every corner and circumventing local zoning rules to build yet another dollar store even through staffing it will be a huge issue. Broadway Group is also endangering the lives of hundreds of elementary school students with their driveway plans. Broadway Group bought this property knowing it would not meet local guidelines for zoning and traffic. NCDOT has oversite and yet sided with Broadway, the greedy, out of state developer, over the residents they are hired to serve. Shame on both Broadway Group, LLC and NCDOT.

This developer is destroying a beautiful neighborhood by building a store that is not wanted by the community. They are not following guidelines and have created a very dangerous intersection. This store is right next to a school and the car line drop off is now dangerous for all families involved. This developer has not been willing to make any changes to protect the lives of those that live in the neighborhood or the school families. I am appalled by their lack of care of human life’s.

The Broadway Group repeatedly demonstrates they choose profit over safe and environmentally compliant community integration of their real estate ventures.

Terrible company! No regards to how and where they develop. Destroyed outr neighborhood and placed our safety at risk! All of the sake of MONEY.
