Broadway Court Senior Apartments

A year ago I apply for these apartments and a one bedroom one bath at that time was $1200 and a two bedroom was 1400 now I see that two bedroom It’s over $1700 when I was approved they wanted a bigger deposit. I feel like it was because I’m black then they tried to say I needed to move in right away because the elevator was gonna be out of order for weeks. Can you imagine an elevator being out of order for weeks in a senior citizen building that was it for me? I stopped all communication after that and I’m glad I did because I see how they just went up like $300 in a year on a two bedroom one bath I would not move here they are shady people.

I’ve lived here almost a year and never had a problem of any kind. Very, very clean bldg., even the garage!! Todd is a great manager! Always friendly, polite and gets things done promptly! Residents are friendly and quick to greet you with a hello. A good place to live.

Only the living rooms are cooled. Apts. facing Broadway and 41st are very noisy. There's a constant stream of buses, trains, fire engines, police cars, etc. etc. Security system, elevator(only one for a 4 story 51 unit bldg.), fire alarms, etc. all have continuing problems. Some residents should not be here due to medical-cognitive issues. This bldg. is owned by a branch of city government. 10 months ago we met w/them to voice many concerns. They have yet to get back to us. I could go on and on but you can see where I'm going. The city manager runs the show in Robbinsdale and has for a long time. Great Lakes Mgmt. has been in place for at least ten years. According to long term residents they've done a substandard job for all that time. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst

Very impressed! Todd is the greatest very clean safe environment. Great new home for mom and dad can't wait for April 1st!

Best home ever. Best neighbors make best friends. Only drawback is uncooperative management company and most staff.
