Broadway Apartments

I lived at these apartments for almost 10 years more than 10 years. I was able to get in because I am mentally disabled, severe manic depression after living there many years the company decided that only people with physical disabilities could live there. I was never going to be a harm or a threat to anyone and I never was. My disability is of a depressive nature, I don’t understand why it was changed to only physical disability. It is unfair to people who are disabled like me. I enjoyed living there. It was a great place to live until they changed the rules. Unfair to people like me. Shame on you. I'm not a resident yet but I may as well be since I'm there pretty much all day every for the last 5 years. Perfect size single person units designed for people with disabilities. The manager is very incredibly nice while maintaining absolute professionalism.

This is a section 8 housing complex where I have several friends who reside there. The apartments are compact and the grounds are tidy. It has all ages of residents from the early 30's to the late 80's. The residents look out for one another, as some have no family or visiting friends except for nursing staff. The recreation center/hall is kept nice, the laundry facilities are in the same building, and it is located close to a grocery store, pharmacy, and a short ride by bus to downtown Tempe Arizona. The management of the apartment complex is a bit of a lemon mouth but I suppose her attitude may be due to her experience with some other people who have made her job a bit difficult.

I Live Here, It's a Wonderfully Accommodating Place to live if you're Disabled and/or Elderly. The amenities are Quite Basic But the apartment units have everything that you will need to live comfortably if you're single or have one other in the household. WAY-TO-GO Mansermar INC.

Nice and comfortable housing for people with disability, grounds are very green and tidy, management is amazing and residents are friendly. Broadway Apartments is an overall safe community where people with disabilities can enjoy comfortable and accessable housing.
