I would like to give a huge thank you to the maintenance workers, James Burton and Ja’von, for their outstanding service. My heat kept going out, and they came out promptly to try to fix the issue. After troubleshooting they realized that my heat needed a new fan. Although the part had to be ordered they truly went above and beyond by checking to see if another townhome had the part I needed so I wouldn’t have to wait. When that wasn’t possible they made sure I wasn’t left without heat by bringing me a portable heater. They took the time to explain in detail what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix the problem, which I really appreciated. Once the part came in they returned and did not leave until my heat was fully working again. James and Ja’von were friendly, professional,

I’ve only been here for a couple months and I haven’t had any issues especially with maintenance. They’re pretty good and always come within a reasonable time frame. Mr . James does an outstanding job

After living here for two years, it’s great to finally have a maintenance man who truly does his job. James Burton went above and beyond during the recent snowstorm by salting, sanding, and shoveling driveways and entrances—especially when the county didn’t treat our street. He also fixed my master bathroom toilet that had been broken for a year, and it was repaired correctly on the first try. Very appreciative of the improvement in maintenance.

I love living out broadwater very spacious I love the 4 rooms and 3 baths I had like two problems when moving here but maintenance did fix it.i was goin off the reviews about choosing to live here but once I lived here almost a year now I have not had any problems at all/it’s not ghetto so they say none of that I love it.
