I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The office staff has always been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Communication has been clear, and they make things easy for residents. Maintenance has also been reliable and prompt. Whenever I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and done well. It’s reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and addressed in a timely manner. Overall, the team here does a great job, and it makes a difference in the day-to-day living experience.

I’ve had a really good experience with the staff here. Kimberly in the office is always so helpful and friendly whenever I have a question or need something. She’s very responsive and really seems to care about the residents. Tony from maintenance is also great. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, he’s taken care of it quickly and does a really good job. It’s nice knowing things will actually get fixed when you put in a request. Both Kimberly and Tony make a big difference and help make this a great place to live.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Broadstreet at Eastchase Apartments, and I was truly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the community felt welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in keeping the property looking its best. A huge shoutout to Haylee, who was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions while making the tour feel relaxed and informative. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a lasting impression.
