Working with Bri has been such a breath of fresh air! From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. I lived in my townhome from 9/2023 to 8/2025. The previous management when I first moved in was great, until the new management took over last year. I enjoyed this home for myself, fiancé, and my service animal.. until it came to us moving out. I knew we’d probably owe a little in cleaning fees due to having a dog, which is fine. But then they charged us a $500 fee to fix a “major crack” in the master shower. I was not notified of this issue, nor was it brought up in the final walkthrough upon moving out. If I felt it was a huge issue, I would’ve notified them myself as I have with previous issues in the past. So when they sent the final move out fees, they expected me to send them over $600 in fees within 48 hours before going to collections. Without ever notifying me of this problem, and

The positives: very comfortable and quiet, great location, the neighbors are friendly, the ones with dogs are very considerate about cleaning up after their dogs. By far the best part is manager Crystal and maintenance guy Jeff. They are phenomenal. They are both personable and friendly, and very attentive to requests for service, and try to help even when their hands are tied. They stay on top of things and are great at prioritizing. The negatives: we are forced to pay for the absolutely useless Dwelo fee every month with no choice to opt out, calling it a "mandatory amenity fee." It is not an amenity. It doesn't work. I've only lived here for a couple weeks, but so far I LOVE IT!! The homes are brand new and beautiful! I don't have anyone living below me, or worse, above me. In fact, I haven't heard a PEEP from any of my neighbors. It's a quiet, dog-friendly, awesome community neatly tucked away from all the noise and bustle of downtown, yet still just minutes away from anything. The landlords/managers are super sweet and communicated with me every step of my application and answered any questions I had. SO glad I found this great place for me and my pup to live!

We have been living at Broadstone for over a month and have loved it so far! The community is quiet and the leasing staff are very personable. Shoutout Jeff for being a down to earth guy and helping us with all our maintenance needs!
