Just Moved Into My Gfs Apartment 5ish months ago and i gotta say, from where i was at before To This Place, it’s night and day, this place is Huge, Clean, Secure, and Genuinly Just Amazing, The Staff, Manegment, Maintenance Workers, even the Landscapers, are all so attentive, Caring And Friendly!! this place may have mixed reviews, but in my eyes, this place is Pretty much Perfect!!!

Stopped by today while doing some property outreach and had the chance to meet Rebecca! Rebecca was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer questions, shared helpful insight about the community, and made the interaction feel personal instead of transactional. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and the experience people have when they walk through the door. Great energy, great communication, and a great first impression overall. Place was fine for a while but now they seem desperate to get people to move so more less than desirable people are moving in it seems. Definitely use this place as a last resort. I mean who doesn't enjoy having people blast their subs for the entire complex to hear or the increase of trash all around the property. If your upstairs neighbor doesn't have carpet be prepared to hear them stomping around. I also pay $1850 for a 1-bedroom thinking this was a nicer complex to live in. It is not.

Have lived here for 1+ year. Great community. Clean and Safe. Management has been prompt with all household related requests. Shout out to Angel for fixing our main door! Very helpful!

I lived at Tempe Station for about a year, and I never write reviews about places or people — but the maintenance tech ANGEL absolutely deserves one. He’s reliable, friendly, and incredibly quick, even with after-hours requests. Any time something came up, he handled it urgently and with real care. Tempe Station is lucky to have him!
